The Brodhead Chapter of Trout Unlimited is offering a six (6) session Introduction to Fly Tying course on Saturdays in January and February 2026. The course will introduce students to the tools and techniques needed to enjoy this relaxing and fulfilling pastime. Through the class, students will tie 15 different local fly patterns, each chosen to provide instruction on a different technique.
Costs include all materials for the class. Equipment can be rented for an additional $5 with a $20 dollar deposit returned when you return the equipment. The 6-week class costs $25 for Trout Unlimited members and $40 for non-members and includes a one year membership to Trout Unlimited.

- Saturday January 10, 2026 at 9 AM
- Saturday January 17, 2026 at 9 AM
- Saturday January 24, 2026 at 9 AM
- Saturday January 31, 2026 at 9 AM
- Saturday February 7, 2026 at 9 AM
- Saturday February 14, 2026 at 9 AM
Pre-Registration is required and is available online. The class is limited to 16 students.
The classes will be held at the Brodhead Creek Heritage Center on Cherry Lane in Analomink.
